HUXI
HR-25 series laboratory homogeneous emulsifier is a mechanical equipment specially designed for sample homogeneous emulsification. It can be equipped with a variety of working heads of different specifications to quickly realize sample dispersion, homogenization, emulsification, suspension, stirring, etc. At present, it has been widely used in biological animal and plant tissue cells, medicine, cosmetics, food, medicine, chemical industry and many other fields.
Applicable sample volume from 0.2ml to 10L. Multiple specifications of working heads are optional to finish homogenization, emulsification, dispersion and cell crushing for different samples.
The maximum speed reaches 30000rpm to form strong shear force. Digital model 4000-26000rpm and basic model 7500-30000rpm meet different shear strength demands.
Digital HR-25D has LCD speed display, 0~999min timing and temperature testing. Basic model adopts gear speed regulation, cost-effective for simple batch processing work.
DC brushless motor delivers strong power (up to 1500W input power), runs stably for long time and avoids carbon powder pollution to high-purity samples.
Integrated compact design saves lab space. Simple knob/gear adjustment enables operators to start work quickly without complex training.

Install matched working head, put the head into sample liquid. Turn on the device, adjust speed (gear/knob). Digital model can set timing and monitor temperature. Stop the machine after work.
